Stefano Macchion's passion for design has its roots in his youth, when he began following in his father’s footsteps in the furniture components sector. This experience led him to observe the tapware industry with a critical eye, identifying a major gap: the lack of true personality in the market’s offerings.
In the early 1990s, driven by his passion for design and the lively artisan tradition of the Pordenone area, Stefano embarked on a new path, dedicating himself to the production of kitchen and bathroom taps. Since then, his work has been guided by the desire to combine aesthetics, functionality, and environmental sustainability.
Design for me is a daily experience. It’s my research, my way of being in motion. I’ve travelled a lot; I love Japan, the minimalism of oriental art. Creating for me means reducing space, dimension, letting light emerge. I want to give life to a design that provokes, but with balance and elegance.
His eclectic style draws from many inspirations: from extreme minimalism and artistic influences of oriental art that characterized his early works, to the industrial aesthetics featured in Tibò, Koè and other recent models.
His creations, always carefully crafted down to the finest detail, reflect his desire to turn everyday objects into true protagonists of the space.
As an entrepreneur, Stefano promotes a tailor-made production, where artisanal quality and environmental awareness come together to create products that surprise, last over time and tell a unique style story.
